FEATURES
Our type 2 polystyrene core allows for the creation of a continuous insulating wall without thermal bridges, thus reducing heat loss. It can help reduce the energy bill of buildings by half.
Our product is guaranteed for 50 years and is repairable.
It is impact-resistant. Isobloc is also certified fire-resistant ULC for 2 hours. Our Isobloc product
Isobloc Zero allows for lower carbon emissions and absorbs CO₂ during its manufacturing.
The perfect circulation of air between our waterproof core and our exterior concrete keeps the wall completely dry, preventing mold formation.
Water is stopped by our waterproof core and flows through the channels built inside
of our block, directing precipitation to the outside of the wall.
Our polystyrene core absorbs vibrations, giving the wall excellent soundproofing.
Our block features architectural concrete inside and out, requiring no maintenance. Our original block is available in nine standard or custom colors and in
three types of finishes (solid, split surface, and granulated). For now, Isobloc Zero is offered in a single color due to the difference in raw materials used.

Finish selection
This is where you choose the color of your concrete from our eight standard or custom colors and our three types of finishes (solid, split surface, and granulated).

Made to order
We produce the blocks on demand according to the color and finish you have requested.

Direct Delivery
We deliver our product directly to your site. From the order, it takes about six to eight weeks to receive your Isobloc product.

No. Since our product does not require concrete to be poured during installation, we are rather an alternative to insulating formwork blocks that save time and money.
The wall offers an effective R-25, without thermal bridges, thanks to its perfectly continuous type 2 expanded polystyrene core.
Yes. It is compatible with articles 3.1.5.6 and 3.1.5.14 of the NBC and also complies with CSA A165 and ASTM C90 standards.
No. The polystyrene in our product is fully encapsulated in concrete. Our walls are certified non-combustible and fire-resistant for 2 hours ULC.
Yes. Our architectural concrete interior finish allows for the direct anchoring of heavy loads.
